| A
painting by Dave Klocke provides a treasured souvenir of a place you've
been, a window of possibility to a location you'd like to visit, or
simply an aesthetic addition to your home, providing years of enjoyment.
Dave's active, lifelong interest in art began as a young boy under the direction of Aileen McCarthy (a student of Frank Duveneck). He continued at the Cincinnati Art museum, the Cincinnati Art Academy, Northern Kentucky University, and most recently, Thomas More College (AA '96). Teachers and influencers include Robert Murphy, Ruth Pearlman, Howard Storm, Ray Loos, Don Dennis and Chung Kee Chee, among others. Dave is an active-status member of the Cincinnati Art Club. His work is frequently exhibited there and at various local and regional shows and events. His work is currently available at Gallerie Zaum in Fort Thomas, Kentucky and Argosy Gallery in Bar Harbor, Maine. |
